"I’m not your average therapist... and that’s intentional. I work from the belief that real change comes from authenticity, honesty, and learning how to work with your thoughts and emotions instead of fighting them. My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered counseling, reframing, and direct but compassionate DBT-informed work. I aim to create a space that’s supportive without being sugar-coated, and challenging without being harsh.
I have a strong passion for working with people who feel overlooked, misunderstood, or “too much” for traditional therapy—including individuals with borderline personality disorder, those navigating alternative lifestyles, and anyone who has struggled to find a therapist they actually connect with. I don’t claim to have your answers, but I would be honored to help you uncover them. Choosing therapy is already a strength, and through building insight, skills, and the occasional hard-won epiphany, real healing and growth are absolutely possible." |
