I find that therapy is most effective if we work as a team. I prefer to use a combination of different approaches such as Cogitative-Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused. You will lead the session and work towards specific goals that are most important to you. I can help you learn coping skills to help with anxiety, depression, and more. I have helped many clients with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, OCD, grief/loss, borderline and personality disorder.
