We are an established Michigan group practice committed to providing collaborative, practical, and individualized mental health care. Our clinicians receive administrative support so they can spend more of their time focusing on their clients and developing professionally.
Current OpeningIn-Person Mental Health Therapist — W-2 Position
This position is ideal for an LPC, LLPC, LMSW, LLMSW, LMFT, or other eligible Michigan mental health professional who is interested in building a consistent in-person caseload within a supportive group-practice environment.
Depending on client needs and provider availability, limited telehealth services may also be available.

Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, or relationship concerns is welcomed. Applicants do not need to specialize in every population.
ScheduleBoth part-time and full-time applicants may be considered. Some evening or after-school availability is strongly preferred due to client demand.
This is primarily an in-person position at Epic Counseling’s Flushing office.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation is based on licensure, experience, caseload, and position requirements.
